The City Service Administration has an important and exciting mission to deliver, coordinate, and develop services for residents and administrations in the city of Mölndal. The administration has about 550 employees and is organized into four operational areas: meals and cleaning, water and recycling, city maintenance, and support and customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for new colleagues for our cleaning teams!

Are you an engaged and experienced cleaner who wants to take cleaning to the next level? Then this could be the position for you!

As a cleaner with us, you will work with standard tasks such as:

• Daily, weekly, monthly, and machine cleaning
• Extra cleaning services as needed
• Periodic floor care
• Inventory, orders, and goods reception
• Quality controls

You will work within the city of Mölndal, which means you may have several workplaces in one day. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible, enjoys variety, and has a B driver's license.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience and knowledge in professional cleaning
• The ability to communicate and further develop knowledge in the field
• Good IT skills as we work with digital scheduling, ordering systems, email, and Microsoft Teams
• Understanding of environmentally friendly cleaning and working with ready-to-use cleaning materials

Our operations run seven days a week, which means weekend work may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has PRYL training or other training that the employer assesses as equivalent. Furthermore, you have at least one year of work experience as a cleaner. For the position, it is required that you have good computer skills and can master Swedish in speech and writing.

As a person, you care that your work is performed correctly and thoroughly, where you check and follow up your work to ensure it maintains high quality. Furthermore, you are balanced, positive, and observant in your interactions with our customers and colleagues. We also see that you are flexible and can easily adapt yourself and your work based on changing conditions.

You can easily adapt your work style based on changing conditions and new information. You can quickly change your perspective and approach and see opportunities in changes.

You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others, and you make an effort to present solutions. You are careful to find out what expectations exist among clients and other stakeholders and follow up to ensure these are met. You are balanced, positive, and observant in your customer interactions.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
